I think my hubby passed his love for cooking to me. It’s one of the his ways to relax and he makes it look so easy that I decided to give it a try and surprisingly got hooked on. I’m loving the fun and how creative one can get while cooking. Recently we made home made hummus and it turned out so good that I kept having it for days. It’s so easy to make and the best part for me is that it is Gluten-free.
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 lemon juice (I like it a bit lemony)
2 tablespoon of tahini
500 gm of cooked cheekpeas (half drained, half with water)
Salt to taste
