January is the perfect month to visit Museums and indoor fairs. Since it’s usually one of the coldest months of the year, we can take full advantage of the comfort of one of these indoor current exhibitions. I have listed 6 great Museum exhibitions and fairs around the world that offer that and more. From a notable look at the struggle of immigrants at the Howard Greenberg Gallery in New York City to the first exhibition of Charles I’s massive and impressive collection at The Royal Academy in London.

London
Charles I: King and Collector January 27 through April 15 2018. At The Royal Academy
Charles I believed he had the divine absolute authority to control the three kingdoms of England, Scotland and Ireland. Many saw his actions and beliefs as those of a tyrant. A very divisive king, he tried to force the Church of Scotland and such action ended in the Bishops’ Wars. He fought the armies of the English and Scottish parliaments in the English Civil War, got jailed a couple of times, escaped once until the last time he was tried, convicted and executed for high treason. Sounds like something of our current days, doesn’t it… This exhibition however, focuses on the stylish side of the monarch as opposed to his psycho side. Charles I: King and Collector will exhibit the greatest masterpieces of his fantastic collection for the first time.
