Basements are usually the last room in the house homeowners take care of.  They are usually designated for storage or laundry areas; I’m guilty of the last one.  In our previous home, we kept the laundry in the basement permanently.  Nonetheless, real estate market experts say that finishing a basement in your home is one of the home improvements that offer a better return on investment than even adding square footage.  ” The amount of return is directly proportional to the grade of materials. I feel the days are really flying by.  This weekend, for instance, went by between biking along the bike paths and grilling for Father’s Day.  We enjoyed it and had a great time, but I can use more hours to include some extra indulgement in the mix.  For example, I could always squeeze in hours for sourcing and be visiting new stores, either that ends with buying or not, it’s irrelevant.  Since there is never enough time for me to do that, I’m glad there is always the internet to peruse all I want without leaving the comfort of my home.  This weekend, while looking for a cocktail table for a client, I came across these fabulous pieces, all on sale and all beautiful and chic.  Happy Shopping!

There is a check-in desk with a bell, and behind it, little boxes that hold the keys to each of the nine-bedroom suites. ”  ED. See what I mean here…
