I know that trends are easier to adapt when it’s about fashion. Maybe because it’s an easy fix when we don’t like how it looks on us. After observing the Spring 2019 runways I found these five top trends to be consistently present in many of them.
I get it, a streamlined look can look polished and put together, but most of the time they don’t provide that effortlessly chic look we all crave. Sometimes wearing fitted suits and coats may look like a result of extra effort, instead of a natural one and it may feel too stiff. An oversized coat will save you from looking too rigid, but mostly it will grant you the flexibility to wear that fitted blazer underneath. If you’re on the shorter side, try a mid-length coat and if you are on the heavier side, try one with a belt.
The weather has been absolutely crazy this past month, from temperatures fluctuating from below zero to over 50s, heavy rain and scary-clouded skies, but I can’t think of anything else than neutral outfits, mostly in light colors. Colors from camel, navy blue, beige and browns have been swirling in my head. Whether you prefer to keep the neutral style casual and wear your fashionable sneakers or formal and instead wear a pair of heeled shoes, a traditional neutral outfit will get you through the door. Accessorising is how you add the chic part to many outfits, so don’t forget to add a good pair of earrings and a good bag for the icing on the cake.

For now, these are the latest styles in handbags that will for sure upgrade your closet and the prices are still very reasonable.

Rust is an orange-red-brown color resembling iron oxide. It is a commonly used color in stage lighting and appears roughly the same color as photographic safelights when used over a standard tungsten light source. The color is number 777 in the Lee Filters swatch book. -Wikipedia. For me, while rust is a color that many may find it difficult to pair with, I think it can be matched with any color, from black to green.
I love it in winter because it’s a warm color, however, it can be used during summer as an accent color as well. Below, find five fashion items to add to your wardrobe for whenever you feel like adding a color that is warm, elegant and soothing at the same time.
Fashion has been revolutionized ever since the first “important person” dared to say, in public that it’s absolutely ok to wear white in winter. So after that, it’s ok to wear white in the winter. It never occurred to anyone that after all, snow is white and only happens in winter. As a matter of fact, right now everywhere I look at is covered with white snow. Don’t take me wrong I don’t necessarily approve white summer-looking dresses for the winter. Maybe this latter has to do with the fact that I’m always cold and can’t conceive the idea.
