Style inspiration: Camille Charriere

I was busting my brain cells this morning looking for what to write about. Some days inspiration runs away and it’s hard to pull it back. But then I remembered Camille Charriere who is one of my latest inspirations when it comes to fashion. I really like how she can so easily one day dress very elegant and simple and the next day show up in a very casual and sporty outfit and look equally chic and effortless. Enjoy!

Leather Skirt: Leather Skirt Roundup

I should be thinking about delicate pastel-colored eggs after all we are one night away from Easter, but no! I’m thinking not only about getting myself a pair of slouchy leather trousers but also a leather skirt. A full body one for more specification. I know that somewhere on the surface of the earth Spring is blossoming, but here Fall is around the corner and I’m really looking forward to wearing thicker clothes. Hence this cute leather skirt roundup.

Now, isn’t this outfit worn by Barbara Martelo a perfect attire? Givenchy “it” boots, leather mini skirt and a peplum top.

In fashion I’m always drawn to the styles that make me look and keep younger and the sporty-chic look doesn’t only do that, but is also effortlessly-chic. I don’t like to get too dress up for daily life cos’ I find it not inspiring. Anyone can dress up and look good but not everyone can practically dress down and still look chic. My sense of style has changed like weather from season to season and I’m happy about that. Before I would never have thought of wearing a baseball cap, now I find myself a bit obsessed with it, wearing it almost everyday lately and it’s amazing who young and active it makes me feel. Negin Mirsalehi: A unique style

If you have been on the popular page of Instagram then you have seen her pretty face many times. I came across Negin Mirsalehi that way as well and I’ve being following her ever since and then I found out she has a blog. In her blog which has her name, she is not afraid to share her beauty secrets with her readers and inspire us all with her everyday put together outfits. I love not only her sense of style where she combines high and low fashion effortlessly but also how pretty and sweet she looks in her pictures and in her interactions with her readers. Negin says that fashion is an expression of how she feels each day. “One day I wake up and I feel very feminine wearing a dress and the other day I love a distressed pair of jeans, an over-sized sweater and some biker boots. I also love mixing styles, so for instance feminine and edgy (I love to wear complete black outfits, so simple yet
sophisticated)”. She started her blog as a way to communicate better with her followers. Check it out!

Here in Sao Paulo, the Fall season is starting to approach slowly whereas up-north, Spring is approaching. The mornings are becoming a bit chilly and the sun is retiring a bit earlier. I kept yearning for full bright sunny days but I was told this summer was a bit different from the previous ones so I hope next year will be hotter and sunnier. One great thing about Sao Paulo weather is that we actually get to feel all different seasons without the extreme. These coming days, for instance, I’m looking forward to wearing fall season clothes and be able to wear all the cool outfits that we can wear during Autumn. Especially a cool pair of slouchy leather pants. Enjoy!
