I’ve been in New York since Sunday and lucky for me it hasn’t been as cold as previous weeks. After two years of successfully avoiding the cold, I can’t complain.
In Spain you have the best food and the most friendly people ever. You don’t get on or off an elevator without hearing “hasta luego” a few times. In Paris you have the magic and the romance of the architecture and sometimes have to take the beauty along with its snobby people, yes it’s worthy. But in Italy, oh Italy! you have “I bambini” running around and playing freely and happy, you have the good coffee by the stunning beaches, you have the sun, the perfect sun, the one that can result in the best tan. You see the grandma, the grandpa and the whole family together sunbathing by rocky beaches. Italy is happiness and family reunion. And lately I have come to the realization that either Italians have descendants all over the world, that jointly go back for vacation every summer or everybody secretly prefers Italy among the rest. I’m saying this because everybody, on Instagram is either going, is already there or has been recently to Italy’s beautiful beach coast. If you don’t believe me, just pay a visit to your Instagram feed and for sure you’ll see one or two people posting beautiful photos from Italy. I’ve been to Italy a few times and I can’t wait to go back and enjoy all the beauty it has to offer. Enjoy!
Our vacation is coming to an end too soon. We left Istanbul three days ago and I already miss it. I wish I could live traveling constantly, not only for the pleasure of experiencing and getting to know all the beautiful things in the world but, because it’s a lot easier to blog about your experiences than having to come up with new and unique posts every day. Every blogger can relate to those periods of dry spells when you sit in front of the computer with no idea what to post about. But reality calls and after almost a month it’s time to go back home to our duties and routine. For now I stroll around this gorgeous and beautiful City one more time registering every corner with my iPhone. Enjoy!
A Vignette in Interior Design is a small grouping of beautifully and carefully arrangements of items. A vignette could be a sitting area or a table top setting assembled in a pleasant and personal way to create a desired result – aesthetically speaking. Some people are masters at creating vignettes that are as inspiring as they are purposeful. One of those people is Kara Rosenlund from Australia. She creates beautiful arrangements that always carry a theme, a story or some reference. Here are a few of the images that have caught my eye in her Instagram feed. Enjoy!
