I posted Tino Zervudachi’s Paris Home back in February and recently found three more images of his Parisian home and wanted to share with you. This home is one of my favorites because the mix of modern and tradition. His elegant and masculine studio above is equally chic and elegant.

I love the interpretation of classic elements in modern space as above.  The Parisian home of Tino Zervudachi, partner at Milinaric, Henry & Zervudachi is a dream come true.  Full of interesting and classic furniture, modern art and top notch photography.  Just what the doctor ordered to everyone who wants to live with style and substance.  I’m a big fan of 1940’s furniture and looking at those Jansen pieces Tino Zervudachi has in his home makes me dream big time!  Enjoy!

Lauren Santo Domingo paris apartment designed by Francois Catroux living room via belle vivir blog
This Parisian apartment and home belongs to Lauren Santo Domingo, socialite, business woman and co-founder of the online fashion retailer Moda Operandi.  The duplex was designed by the legendary Interior Designer Francois Catroux.  The rooms seem elegant but comfortable and airy.  I love the contrast of the parquet floor with the ornate walls.  “The architecture was beautiful; I didn’t want to change that,” Catroux told Vogue Magazine where the apartment was featured.  Catroux used different tones of grey and a mixture of sophisticated patterned fabric as the geometric Kubus fabric used for the windows made by Pierre Frey.  A mixture of modern art, classic furniture and sculptural lighting can be found throughout the impeccable designed apartment.

A beautiful view of the enfilade of rooms.  Love how the Platner chair seems so in sink with the Louis XVI settee behind.  The selection of fabric for the furniture is as exquisite as it can be.  Nothing is plain yet everything seems harmoniously cohesive and balanced.  Not an easy task to achieve when designing spaces with such high ceiling like this apartment.

L'Wren Scott's Paris Apartment office via belle vivir
Divine vignette in the living room of L’Wren Scott’s Paris Apartment, with Damien Hirst spots hanging in the back wall. Lately I’ve been drawn to more neutral interiors.  Interiors where warm-beige-painted paneling walls work as a backdrop to a combination of soft and textural furniture.  L’Wren and Mick Jagger’s home in Paris, featured in Vogue May issue,  is the total opposite of what you would expect from a Rock-Star home: with beautiful paneling, walls painted in beautiful light tones that go from lilac to beige, herringbone floors all throughout the apartment, antique rugs, and the perfect balance between wood and fabric.  The final result is a jaw dropping home.   What I love most is how updated the apartment looks by keeping the paneling walls in light tones.  Enjoy!

Interior Designer Jacques Grange’s Paris home is nothing short of perfection.  And I”m not only saying this because Grange is my top favorite designer.  The classic details of the 18th century architecture sings in perfect harmony with a mixed of Art Deco and contemporary furniture with 18th and 20th century pieces and Objects D’Art.  “Harmony is a question of eye and personal feeling; there is no recipe” says Jacques Grange.  And he sure knows how to accomplish that to perfection.  His book, Jacques Grange: Interiors, published in 2009 was one of the first International Interior Designers book I got and it’s still today a major sourse of inspirations for me.

Jacques Grange's Paris home, library

Jacques Grange’s Paris home overlooks the lush gardens of the Palais Royal and it used to be home to the novelist Colette.  Colette’s stepdaughter offered the apartment to Jacques Grange in 1990.  Grange, not having the money to buy the apartment back then, he instead rented and finally bought it in early 2000’s.  The oack paneled library above is warm and inviting.
