This trend of Shoulder-bearing tops and dresses is something to thank the Russians for, in my opinion. I’m not referring to the kind of off-the-shoulders top the ballerinas use, the one that is tight and fitted. I’m referring to the kind that is airy, subtle and the puffier the prettier. The kind of top that reminds us of a romantic and classy girl. Vika Gazinskaya, the Russian designer makes great use of these details in her designs.
