Somehow the Universe is still on our side. Otherwise, I don’t have another explanation as to how on earth was this week gone by so quickly? Considering we are living day by day inside our homes in the most monotonous way ever possible. My heart goes out to those living in tiny quarters, such as studios in big cities… I understand it could be very difficult to quarantine in very small spaces, so next week, I’m going to share a few suggestions that may help to make this time more manageable. (Of course, first and foremost, we are fortunate to have a place where we call home. Hearts go out to those who are not as fortunate.)

For now, there is one thing we can all do that will instantly make us feel much better within our walls. Get dressed. It doesn’t necessarily need to be anything extraordinary, we are not Carrie Bradshaw after all. Just these three simple fashion pieces which many of us may already have in our closet will suffice. The days getting warmer and longer is another silver lining to all of this.

Bring a smile to that family member when you cross each other at the stairs wearing one of these two colorful caftans. Green flower caftan, Paul & Joe linen caftan. Haven’t exercised these past few weeks, no problem, wear this pretty chic caftan by Tory Burch and hide those extra pounds.

Make that walk to the fridge worthy in one of two home slippers.

Cheetah slippers, Bowood slipper featuring a Colefax & Fowler Bowood embroideries.

If you rather watch TV instead of washing your hair, don’t kick yourself. Instead, wear one of these chic hair accessories.

Coral embellished headband, Lele Sadoughi padded headband, Velvet bow hair tie.
