Bamboo Chairs

We still don’t have a dinning room table nor the chairs to go with yet. I’ve been looking for that perfect table and chairs and so far no luck and the ones that have caught my eye are way out of my price range. So, until that “match in heaven” materializes in front of me I don’t mind to keep on waiting. But I haven’t been resting on my laurels instead I’ve been searching at least for the chairs and even when bamboo chairs are almost everywhere I see I’m leaning towards them. Can you blame me.

Now you see me now you don’t: Lucite furniture in a room

Lucite furniture also known as acrylic furniture can do great to any interior. Apart from lightening up any room decor due to its light visual weight it also reflects and flows the light in the room. It’s perfect for small spaces and against a graphic wall.

In this bedroom designed by Ruthie Sommers the coffee table is almost invisible while still reflecting light.

The lucite side table provides comfort to the person sitting on the chair without taking any visual effect. Designed by Williamson Design.

I love the use of this lucite chair in front of this painted Chinese desk.

Peekaboo side tables and console for CB2. I would love to see the console in a small entrance.

This Louis Ghost Armchair would look great in a bathroom vanity.

Nature in a room: Fiddle Leaf Fig

Little things keep a room as refreshing and close to nature as an inside plant. I prefer big leafy plants, like these two pictures housing Fiddle Leaf Fig tree plants. How beautiful this plant is?

Beautiful small Spaces

These two rooms have great elements that make small spaces look chic, beautiful and bigger as well. In the top room, by making an opening in the wall and using it as a fireplace makes the room flow. By adding pieces with shining surfaces, such as the chandelier, a steel table lamp and a mirrored side table, the light reflects across the room. In the bottom picture the island with enough working space brings functionality to the kitchen. Again, the high gloss lacquered cabinets and the stainless steel backsplash are light and movement reflectors as well.
