On my recent visit to New York, I finally got the chance to meet the smallest member of the family. Can you believe I’m a great aunt? These kids get married too young sometimes. To say that the family is head over heels with this new perfect baby is an understatement. His name is Gabriel, and he is adorable. Thinking about him and waiting for him to visit us soon I realized I had not made a post about cute baby clothes. In that regard here is this round-up of baby clothes. Talking about baby and kids clothes, my son has always looked great on JCrew. It’s the kid’s store where everything he tries on fits him like a glove. Sadly he is already wearing the biggest size from Crewcuts, so I joke with him and tell him to either not grow more or grow fast enough, so he jumps to JCrew men’s line. They are both wearing JCrew in this photo for my niece’s graduation. Lucas wears a seersucker jacket and Gabriel seersucker shorts. JCrew doesn’t have many babies clothes, but they offer a few pieces at their JCrew factory stores.
I have always loved babies and kids and always wanted to have a big family. My ideal number was four. Unfortunately, I found the early years of parenting hard and decided not to have more kids. Now coming back here to the US where big families are so typical and beautiful it makes me wonder if I did the right thing. I wanted to share this personal note because if any of you out there are thinking about not having a second baby for similar paltry reasons, think twice. And know that mothers don’t usually regret having a second one, unless there are some mental issues, as much as they can regret not having it. After the jump a fun round-up of baby clothes along with some kids outfit.
