You know it’s summer when it’s hot… regardless of what the calendar says. Summer started officially yesterday but it’s been feeling pretty hot in this town for over a week. And I’m very happy about that… The arrival of summer entails long days spent at the beach for some and at the swimming pool for most. I particularly prefere them in this order, the latter for use and the former for view. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good resort by the beach and all that comes along with it; cocktails, grilled seafood and people watching. Now when it comes to getting in the ocean and getting sticky sand all over my body, not so much. So I prefer “Le Piscine” which allows me to enjoy the water, the cocktails, the grilled seafood and the people watching whithout the sand.
