I love the style of The Olsen Twins from their oversize outfit to their skinny jeans. Sadly I think I may have some issues with adjusting styles according to my age since I’m not as young as The Olsens were in this picture anymore, but I don’t feel like it. After dressing too formal all my life all of a certain all I want to do sometimes is to dress as comfy and careless as they do, especially during summer.

I do too, I would love to dress like that but I keep catching glimpse of myself in shop windows and cripes, I'm almost 50!

I cannot believe you Tabitha. You look awesome! to almost 50. No wonder you don't feel it.

They are darling! I too have to dress a bit more age appropriately ; have been fairly classic all my life; though am loving the light flowing pieces this season, some of the boho (hippie) chic looks!

I'm not as young as them but I do live by my own rules. I lived in the beach cities near Los Angeles where the women marched to the beat of their own drum and I have brought that attitude to Texas where the Southern Belles are trying to be age appropriate. "Good Luck with that" is what I say to my friends. I'm dying at 120 and I live accordingly.
On another note, I love your blog!

I am right there with you gals that commented, at 45+ I miss wearing a fun ripped jean!!! Love seeing my teenagers romping around in those, very laid back and carefree! Great post!!!I love the Chaise that you
paired with it, one of my favorites for sure!

My favourite pair of jeans is a pair of ripped blue jeans (the ones that fit me perfectly too). I love dressing them up with high, but comfortable heels and an elegant top, for an effortlessly stylish look. 🙂
